Child & Adolescent Therapy Services

From ages 3 to 18, JoyUs Beginnings can support your child from preschool to high school. Servies for children and adolescents are family centered; however, treatment focuses on the child's individual need. Therefore, the family is in the driving seat along their journey to wellness.

As an adult, seeking friends to give you advice may not be enough to help you process and work through a longstanding issue that has significantly impacted your daily functioning.
Adult therapy services provides an opportunity to work one-on-one with a therapist for guidance and support to resolve an issue, recover from an upsetting experience, explore thoughts and feelings, examine beliefs and work toward making healthy changes.
Employee Assistance Program Services (EAP)
Work-life and wellness go hand and hand! Our approach helps an employee and their family members address an array of life challenges before they become distractions that affect home life as well as work performance.

JoyUs Beginnings provides strengths-based systemic assessments for children and adolescents. Psychological Assessment refers to the battery of tests administered to evaluate your child’s intellectual, learning, emotional and/or behavioral functioning. The test battery varies depending upon the referral question(s), and can include a structured interview, assessment of intellectual capability, learning/processing measures, measures of attention and memory, academic achievement measures, projective measures, self-report surveys, parent and teacher checklists, and a school observation.
